Terms of Use
These terms govern use of the Craft & Hands Property Care client application. They do not replace a written agreement for an accepted project.

Service descriptions, photos, availability, estimate factors, and timelines are general information and invitations to request an estimate. They are not a final offer, guaranteed result, approved scope, or authorization to begin work. Photo-based or remote observations are preliminary and may change after an on-site review.
Authority and accurate information
By requesting service, you represent that you are the owner, an authorized property manager, a tenant with required permission, an HOA representative, or another person permitted to request access and work. You are responsible for accurate contact, property, access, occupancy, parking, building-rule, and safety information.
Photos and submissions
You may submit only information and media you are authorized to provide. Do not upload payment-card numbers, government identifiers, alarm codes, private documents, or images that unnecessarily identify people. You grant Craft & Hands limited permission to use submitted content to review, estimate, coordinate, perform, document, support, and resolve the requested service.
No emergency service
Do not use this application or ordinary text messaging to report fire, gas odor, active electrical danger, flooding, a security emergency, or another immediate threat. Contact 911, the utility, building management, or the appropriate licensed emergency professional.
Third-party services and contact
The application may use services provided by Twilio, Stripe, Cloudflare, and other providers under their own terms. California law governs these application terms without overriding mandatory consumer protections. For questions, call (323) 212-0457.
