Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect your name, mobile number, email, service address, task description, selected services, scheduling preferences, photos, messages, estimates, invoices, payment status, account activity, device information, IP address, and records of SMS opt-in or opt-out actions.
How we use information
- Verify your phone, create and secure your client account, and prevent misuse.
- Review, estimate, schedule, dispatch, perform, document, invoice, and support requested work.
- Send requested one-time verification messages and, only when separately authorized, recurring non-marketing service updates.
- Maintain consent, accounting, quality, safety, complaint, security, and legal records.
How we disclose information
We disclose information only as reasonably needed to operate the application and provide requested services, including to authorized Craft & Hands personnel, assigned service providers, hosting, messaging, payment, security, analytics, professional advisers, insurers, or authorities where required by law.
We do not sell or rent mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent. We do not share that information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging providers and mobile carriers may process it only as needed to operate the messaging program, deliver requested services, prevent fraud, or comply with law.
Photos, payments, and security
Submitted photos may be used privately to estimate, perform, document, support, warranty, insure, or resolve the requested service. Payment processors handle full payment credentials; we generally receive transaction status and limited billing details. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure.
Retention and your choices
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for service delivery, warranty, accounting, consent and opt-out evidence, disputes, legal obligations, and security.
