SMS Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to text messages sent by Craft & Hands Property Care LLC. One-time phone verification and optional recurring service updates are separate programs with separate consent.

When you select “Send verification code,” you request one automated text containing a code used to verify the mobile number you entered. One message is sent for each button request; a new request may send another message. Message and data rates may apply. Verification does not enroll you in recurring service messages.
Optional recurring service updates
If you separately select the unchecked optional checkbox, you agree to recurring non-marketing texts about account access, service requests, estimates, invoices, payments, job updates, and customer support. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, appointment, job activity, and support needs. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to opt out of recurring texts. We may send one final non-marketing confirmation. Reply HELP for assistance or call (323) 212-0457. Message and data rates may apply.
Delivery and phone ownership
Wireless carriers do not guarantee delivery and are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers and features may change. Notify us if your mobile number is reassigned, transferred, or no longer controlled by you.
Privacy and program changes
Mobile information and SMS opt-in data are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy. We may change or discontinue a messaging program and will communicate material changes where required. A program change does not convert service consent into marketing consent.
